All PK Land Development spec homes are 1800-2500sf of living area, with a 3bedroom/2.5 bath configuration and most always an additional room for use as a gameroom, office or spare bedroom. We select lots that offer some water, canyon or golfcourse view, or a unique land feature such as a bluff or creekbed, &/or backing up to a greenbelt reserve.
